The Iron Druid Chronicles 5. If you’re a gamer, the best way to decribe Granuaile’s character in this book: It’s the creeper gaolhouse kind. Atticus and Granuaile are coming out of the year fade from the end of the last book.
Now that the supernatural world knows that they are still alive, perhaps they can re-gather a circle of friends that made the first two novels work so well for me.

But for all that, Atticus doesn’t seem to have evolved at all, and the evolution of his tapped with Granuaile just doesn’t work — saying they have these mystical bonds of love, and showing the characters act like they are in love are two different things. It’s nearly formulaic at this point and is beginning to strain credulity.
The only interesting one is the Morrigan. I mean, come on.

View all 26 comments. It was a horrible decision on his part, but I am glad that Atticus is doing what he can to try and mitigate Ragnarok. Hwarne publish them on our site once we’ve reviewed them. Both characters have a lot of growing to do, and so do their villains.

No, it’s not cool to sleep with your students, Hearne. When Perun shows up with an enraged Loki on his tail, our crafty druids must flee. Year laughed about that in the first two books, now it’s getting pretty old Point number the two: When in doubt, blame the dark elves. Not too bright, but awesome.
